German Internet Provider and Warmane related question.

Hello all,
I was not sure where to put this topic, so mods pls feel free to move it where it should be.
Anyways i was thinking to play on warmane. I am about to move to Germany in few months and I have buddyes that are getting fines for downloading Movies or Games via torrent (P2P illegal content).
Fines goes from 600e to 1500e depends what you downloaded.
To cut all the talk I will get to my question.
Is it safe to play on warmane piratet version if I have Vodafone as my Internet Provider, I would like to avoid any fines for playing here (private server).
PS: I will not download WoW via torrent since I have it on my USB stick.

This isnt P2P, the server hosts are in a reputable data center, along with many many other companies.
There is no way they will be able to tell, nor would they actually even care.

There are plenty of german players here, don't worry yourself.
