In-game events on icecrown

It would be freakin' great if theres a random event every now and then and No, not the Hide and Seek one. Seriously.

Events like Ports to Ogrimmar/SW where you can zerg the other Faction City which is gonna be fun.
Or Transmog Showcase anything thats fun and relaxing at the same time.

Any event that will be fun on the server.

Suggestions would be great!

You can do that all by yourself, no need for gm's to waste their time with that **** too. Attacking npc's in cities must be fun :/

last time i participated in such kind of event ( one side defends GM character in THEIR OWN CITY, other one should track and kill em) was so boring, that GM ported himself and us from ironforge to ****ing orgrimmar and after that to undercity, so other side could have a little chance to actually kill him lol. and u know what - when we get ported straight to the ****ing orgrimmar duel zone - 90% of horde "l33t" pvpers out there were ****ing unflagged lol. there is nothing funny with this attitude from majority of players

Idea: "The Grey Knight" PvP Tournament

Anyone who joins gets a full set of level 80, class-appropriate grey-quality gear (plate for plate wearers, cloth for clothies, etc), and choice of grey weapon/shield (you want a sword, dagger, axe?) from the GM hosting the event. Only non-grey item you get to use is the low-level trinket to escape snares/CC. Other than the gear gimmick, it's a standard-style PvP tourny. Let's see who knows their core class's abilities and strengths best when you aren't looking at BiS!

this is doable ez in ur guild, no need to have gm to host it. we do it in ours guid from time to time, with gold/coin/boe prizes and ****

There's a lot of events that can be done without a GM...doesn't mean they won't be easier with one...or that they won't be "fun" or "different" then the normal "hide and seek" and "BiS PvP Tourny" events that are officially run every week. I threw an idea out. Your turn.

I know how bad some players on icecrown. Ive been in so many pugs before so yea.
If its a clusterfck, what could go wrong right?
