MoP WoW.exe won't run. It says...

I recently downloaded the full client 27GB MoP Torrent via Warmane Download Page using uTorrent.

Now I tried running Wow.exe and it says :
Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910

Now I already did google and some research here in warmane forum and did the ff:
Restart Computer
Uncheck Read Only (wow.exe)
Move to different Folder

Nothing worked..

The error indicates that it can't change the archive file (in other words, the mpq file), so most likely that's the one that needs the Read-Only unchecked

To be safe, try unchecking read only on the entire files in the game folder
