Cataclysm server info

I wanted to ask:
-How much Rate does the Neltharion server have,
-Are the minor dungeons are available in HC (like Tolvir, Stone Core, HOO, etc.),
-Are the WOD models fully working?, as in no missing textures (like with the undead's invisible jaw and hair in WOTLK servers)
-And If RDF is working.
I would appreciate knowing these before downloading this 12.3 GB file that could take me 2 days to finish.

x7 Exp, reputation and gold rates are lower, but dont know how low exactly.
Dungeons are all working, most with some minor bugs.
WoD models --> no idea
RDF --> "working" when you have 5 people queueing up in a party :)

Downloading 12.3 GB doesn't take that long I hope 0.o If you say this for your disk space... the game will get a lot bigger while you are playing (it will download missing data)

RDF is working but most people prefer to make groups manually and queue.

About Raid Finder idk if it's working or not.

And expect 50% gold cut on 1 January.
