Pandaria Feral or Balance for both PvP and PvE

I decided to make a dudu and dunno what to go as dmg, kitty or boomy. How is their dmg right now? Is any of them bugged? I heard Feral was, dunno as of now.
I plan to do both pve and pvp with it (nothing too hardcore/absolute endgame, just for fun, not being so useless, and getting decent gear)

If you dont want anything serious stick to boomy, you cant succed in pvp as feral unless u tryhard mode it
