can u get heirlooms on this realm??

gear is giving me a problem so i was wondering if i could get heirlooms in game.

You can get them here but as far as I know they are only available to 80 players. You can either get them through argent tournament quartermaster (require seal of champions) or exchange emblem of heroism for them at Dalaran. In addition, there's also pvp heriloom available at wintergrasp vendor after your faction won wintergrasp.
