failed patch

i downloaded this game world of Warcraft "wrath of the Lich king" but i cant login its saying failed to apply patch..

i try to do manual patch but its not working., i try to turn off and on everything but not working., i mean i need someones help.

Do not upgrade the client, you have to log in with your username, not email.
