Galakras fight healing bug

Hello.
Today we reached Galakras and unfortunately for some reason the heals of both our healers were lowered in half. It is like we are in a battleground and doing pvp

I hope the bug is fixed soon.

I can also confirm this happening on alliance side in our raid group. It's like we're having Battle fatigue on raids.

Yep its in ToT aswell , Megaera almost impossible like this :D

Yea seems like there is 60% healing reduction in raids as shown in the screenshot http://i.imgur.com/dx05SS0.png. This applies to all raids and encounters not only galakras.

I hope the Warmane Staff will apply a quick fix to this problem. All the guilds are stuck at bosses with big healing requirements(Galakras - SOO, Magaera - ToT) and raiding is impossible.
