Lottery comeback

Before motldown some of you may remember a monthly (not always) lottery on molten site.

You payed gold and bought tickets, then had a chance to win mount or item (at xmas even coins along with mount). Mounts such as invincible, shark rocket, chicken mount, black qiraji battle tank and items such as smourne or valanyr for wotlk realms. End of lottery winners were announced and posted on lottery log.

1: it would help get money out of ppls bags who have too much, which would help in keeping prices down (so you wouldnt have to reduce gold by 50% in another years time). This can be implemented after gold squish rather than now. But in future cases of squishing would make it a lot more fun to spend all ur gold on lottery rather than just lose it or invest for future sales.

2: it would be another fun feature on site where those with gold to spend can be (or even points which was also an option in the past - another reason to vote)
