WotLK Trying out Arms

Hello people,
As the title suggests.. I am trying arms. I already have a prot warrior.. and i want to get into dps zone too..
I know most people will tell me to go fury for pve.. but i want to go arms..

so , this is the talent build i want to try.. can you people suggest me anything better.. and any reasons for doing so.

and yes.. before you ask me why piercing howl and blood craze.. i want to give it a chance for pvp with the same build.
I am not a serior pvp player.. will just do some random bgs for that gear or may be to accompany friends..

as i have prot talents on the same character already.. so i have to merge those two and see if i can build something viable
