Pandaria "Good" DPS values related to Ilvl

Hi Dk community,

I wonder what is a good PVE dps value in relation to the ilvl (especially low level). Currently I do ~50k up to 70k (at start). I wear a mix of timeless isle gear and hc stuff.

I have no experience in playing Mop, so I dont know how the dps scales to the gear/stats you gain with better gear.

Can I run mogushan vault (10) with this dps (without being carried)?
