A non-noob here, coming to raid

Hi, last 6 months I've been playing on WOD server with weekly raids. Now I am coming here (i quit wod permanently) to do some serious lich king stuff. I am downlading client now, what realm should i take for best pve eqperience? (i do not do PVP)

Agree with Agramon, although, if you want to raid all content, Icecrown is more the realm you're searching for. Lordaeron is a progression realm so not all content is released yet... Well, atleast not when I used to play Lordaeron. (Correct me if i'm wrong)

if you want to raid everything on HM, go Lord(as the raids are buffed there) if you wanna raid icc/rs aswell, and lvl x7 rate, then go IC. although if you decide for IC, id strongly advice you to find a capable raiding guild or you will have a bad time in PuGs
