Technical I need help with recovering donations

I am trying to get my old account back. Now that I logged in I found out that all my donations are gone as well as my characters. What should I do in order to get them back?

you can no longer recover an account from molten, the time for it has long since past. you'd have to start over from scratch.

I have recovered the account from Molten, something has happened in the last 6-7 months. I need help to understand what the problem is. No admins, no moderators or so are contacting me...
