Fa-la-la-la-Ogri'la halp

I literally cannot open the "Bomb them again!" quest, even tho i've finished pretty much every quest for my seeker/Loremaster. I know how to get the opening quests, i've done it on my char which i didnt finish loremaster on, without any problems, but on my main i cannot get even the starting quest from Shat, i've watched various "fixes" etc does anyone know how may i get the quest, im already exalted with Ogri'la. Whoever helps me i'll give a pretty good sum of gold.

But did you finish "An apexis crystal" quest?The line is bugged and you need to complete that(which requirement should have been removed,you should be able to get that without completing this one).(I earned Fa-la-la-la-Ogri'la @2016/12/14)
