Wotlk item 226 for Vote points not on store

[WOTLK]: I need "Darkcore Leggings" which is item level 226 for transmog and I reported that on "Item not in store? Let us know" few times in last month, but there are no Darkcore Leggings on store yet, so I wanted to try on this way to mention it to Game Masters :) Why is whole set on Store except those Legs, and will it be added and when? :) Thank you very much for your response :)
