RDF Normal Not Working?

Is anyone else having problems with queuing for random normal dungeons. I consistently have an issue where the tank does not ready for the check. I had this problem in Outland, and it is now persisting through Northrend. Is this a bug, or have I been trolled for 2 days straight.

RDF has been bugged for about a week now.

My #1 complaint so far has been the broken dungeon finder.
