WotLK How long before a deleted character name becomes available?

Hi there, i had reserved the name of a toon i wanted to play here, since it wasn't at my taste i decided to delete and recreate it but it's been several hours and it's not available, is there a fixed time before i can create this name again? thanks !

Thanks Vasdos that's what i thought too but it doesnt seem to be this way unfortunately i'm still getting "that name is unavailable" even it i had the name deleted a second ago -- even hours,might be particular to this server i guess.

yes, that issue happen on Lordaeron/Icecrown. I can tell you that in 24 hours you can finally use the name, most likely even less than 24h
