Winter hat question

Where can i get that hat apart from nexsus ,since it does not work with droppin of hat.any tips or hints weclome,ty.

i got that hat on my every alt and main, and it was in Shadowmoon valley mobs.

Damn i farming for 4 days and it didn't drop now. Dont know where i have to search anymore.

Seems the fix was missed in previous update or something, https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/36357 should be fine now on both IC and Lord.
