    Cant transmog shadowmourne

    Hello
    The problem is that I have 2.4 soloq,and I want transmog http://www.wowhead.com/item=49623/shadowmourne but i can't do it,i go transmog vendor,I inscribe ID transmog,and he wrote me "You can never use this transmog" screen. http://imgur.com/a/ylA2c
    I wrote the ticket and they told me to report a problem in the bug tracker
