inactive names
if someone is level 80 will their name ever be released due ot inactivity? There's someone who has a name I want who hasn't logged in for over a year. Thanks.

No, we don't "release names." If they are a donor, they are even immune to having the character deleted in inactivity clean-ups, of which we haven't had any in so long I can't remember when the last one was.
