1. [H] <Wolf Pack> Organisation and rules for 2017.

Greetings to all players of Lordaeron.

The following is a presentation of what the guild Wolf Pack is and how it is mannaged.

Wolf Pack was created mid-july 2016 with the aim to become a decent raiding guild.
Our begginings were humble as it was quite hard to find proper players that were not already in one of the longer time established and recognised raiding guild.
Slowly but surely we gathered a core of skilled, loyal players, we kept on growing and mannaged to clear all normal content.
Today we are big enough to extend our ambitions even further. Our goal is now to become a hardcore raiding guild and to clear all heroic content. Therefore from the beggining of 2017 Wolf Pack will be mannaged strategically in order to increase its efficiency. All members will now be subject to follow a strict set of rules and code of conduct.

Ranking/Loot system. = Attendance points + Loot Council

Wolf Pack is meritocratic hierarchy where your rank means everything. The higher rank you are, the more you are valuable to the pack and the more rewards you get. Higher ranked members have the priority for raid spots and loot over the lower ranked ones.
Rank is determined by your merit: attendance and performance.

So how do we measure performance and attendance ?

Firstly; attendance. Starting on the 4th of january, all raids will be worth points. Some raids will be worth more points than others depending on their importance to the guild. For exemple; UlduarHM and ToGC will be worth more points than ToC normal as the difficulty is much higher.
Members can get those points by signing up to the event, by being here 20mins early for invite and by staying for the full duration of the raid (when the raid leader call it off; maximum 3,5 hours).
Being late for invite, being signed up but not showing up or leaving the raid before it's over will make the member lose points. If we want to make progress, this kind of behavior must be discouraged as much as possible. Excuses will be ignored. No compromises.
What if the raid is full and you did not get invited either because your rank is too low or because of set up issue? If that's the case, you can still get your points by staying available for the entire raid duration as we might need to replace someone for wathever reason or change the set up for a specific encounter.

So what are those points exactly for? They are an objective measurement of a member's activity.
Every two weeks, officers will have a meeting and the points of all members will be calculated in order to decide how many players can be at a specific rank. The more points a member have compared to others, the higher rank he will be eligible for.
Having enough points to be eligible to a rank doesn't not mean you will be promoted, it only means that you have enough attendance to be considered for promotion. The rest is up to your performance.
During the meeting, officers will be in charge of giving an objective report about your performance and behavior, then through a vote we will decide to promote you or not.
Keep in mind that in order to keep your current rank, you will need to keep the same level of skill and activity. If either of your performance or attendance decreases, you will be demoted.

With this system your rank is a true reflection of your merit.

General rules and code of conduct.

    Respect:
All members of Wolf Pack must be respectfull to one another. Humiliating insults and harrassment are strictly forbidden. If you have an issue with another member, keep calm and report it to an officer as it is not up to you to make decisions.

    Honor:
You represent Wolf Pack at all time even in pug groups. Any behavior that could hurt our reputation like ninja of items or insulting others are not tolerated and will be punished either by instant demotion or gkick. When you come across an ******* in game, you must act like an adult and ignore him instead of starting a pointless fight.

    Courage and determination:
It's in adversity that we see who has the mindset of a true wolf. Heroic raids on lordaeron are not easy. There will be failurs and wipe. Instead of being angry, confused or wanting to give up, why don't you try to give suggestions on how we could improve? To any obstacle or problem, there is a solution.

    Being prepared:
Any member who wants to raid must have the proper optimised talents/glyphs and stats as well as enough potions and flasks to last for the entire duration of the raid. If we find out that you are nor prepared, you will be ejected from the raid, demoted or gkicked.

Main raid days are Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 18:30-22:00 server time.
