Working Dungeons and Raids?

Does anyone have a current list of the working dungeons and raids for Neltharion? The most current list I see is from 2013. Both of my 11 year old sons are becoming interested in pve over pvp (finally), and they want to be able to get some practice in different roles. Thanks in advance for assistance!
