Hi I am looking for help with the quest "The Halls of Reflection" where you go into HoR and kill Quel'Delar. Tried asking in global but that didn't work. Would anyone be willing to help me do this?

Welp. you can solo it btw though you may die few times. Just run near the sword and aggro it to uther. Uther will attack the sword and you may spam few skills to increase the pace but watch the threat. If you are dead, just corpse run and return to kill the sword. From what I read, you too need to deal certain percentage of damage to hp to eligible for loot and don't worry about uther though, ghost can't die.
