Mastery bug since restart

Anyone noticed mastery working weird? Bleeds, heals, monk's spheres...
My monk generates sometimes 3-4 spheres at once, while ferals and warriors bleed for 80-90k ticks

I think it happened to me too, on my ww when i put one healing sphere down i get two heals with two healing sphere picked up sound effect, weird.

Blue can you teleport my character named Whazzlysnipz to any other area than shrine.
Now there's a corrupted area in front of shrine if u go out you get a dc / wow error and u cant log in without unstuck.
And my unstuck is on cd .
This same thing is happening to all people ( same thing as with ji kun stairs being corrupted)

who care about mastery? i like how everyone abuse pathfiding and hide behind walls so for example hunter or lock pets stuck inside wall and deal 0 dmg...

you can command pet to go anywhere you want... and it's better for hunters actually that pets have no pathfinding
