Also if you're fed up with trying to form dungeon groups just ask higher levels for runs it takes about the same amount of effort as forming a group except you're 100% sure to complete the dungeon and you get more loot lol.

That is not what power-leveling is, rather the opposite of it. There is a description of it on the player's code of conduct (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=65037).

Getting a run through a dungeon from a high level player is completely within the rules because of the experience penalty.
