When does ICC comes out?

ATM there is no fix date for icc relese its rumored to be end of january or february but i might be wrong since there is no update on its progress.

That would be nice if we could get some ETA. :) I remember in one of the Winter Veil events, GM said that ICC is around corner and is coming soon.
Can we expect test realm, like it was before ToC release?

Anub´arak 25 heroic is not working and you want release ICC?
1) They should fix anub and wait untill it can be properly killed.
2) They should release PTR ICC and fix ALL the bugs BEFORE live season will come out no matter how long it will take.
3) They should release WORKING content.

But unfortunately, we all know how this will end :D :D :D
1) They will not fix anub
2) They will do PTC ICC for 1 week and fix 5% of bugs
3) They will release bugged, overbuffed and not killable content.

The real question for me is, if icc will be buffed or not.
Cos if heroics will be 250% buffed, gg wp, leaving, bye bye...

Why would they buff ICC? It will come out UNbuffed without Hellscream's Warsong - horde/Strength of Wrynn - ally (30% to damage done, healing and maximum health). The reason why 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 content was buffed is because we're running it on 3.3 patch. But ICC is already 3.3 content so i don't see a reason for buffing that too.
