Heirloom shield

does anybody know how to get the heirloom shield i asked the vendor and there is no shield

I think it was added in WoD, but yea.. there isn't one in MoP afaik

edit: And I was wrong..heirloom shields were added in patch 5.3.0 and were available at heirloom vendors for jp. Not sure why we don't have them here.

the shields can be buy with 50 points form old vote point shop system,

and its removed since the new system applied!

i have 6 shield for my accounts ~

You could get it 2 ways in the past:

Old Vote Shop
Booster Pack

You cannot get it anymore, unless it is coin shop. The majority of these are from coin shop now, even some things that can easily be abused in the game.
