About:
The Spectrum is a hardcore 10 man raiding guild for people that have flawless knowledge of their class. Regardless of your class/role, every application worth looking into will be considered. Keep in mind that you need to put effort into making your application, otherwise it will be rejected. Your position in the guild depends only on your skill and your attendance.
How can you improve if you have flawless knowledge of your class?
Once you have min/maxed everything you can, work on your mechanics. (e.g. What can you do to contribute more in a certain boss fight)
Raid times:
As it says in the title, we raid every day during the week except on the weekends at 18:00 ST. That means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
What we would expect from you:
Activity, reliability and the ability to communicate on TS3 while raiding.
What you can expect from us:
A guild full of experienced and skilled players as well as experienced leadership and a suitable atmosphere while raiding.
Progression:
We are currently developing our core group for ToGC 10, but slowly because of lack of 245 ilvl gear.

Why only 10 mans?
The idea is to do 10 man raids in the most efficient way there is. There are guilds which sooner or later stop raiding 10 mans, that is why we present you with the option of joining the guild with an alt of any level that will represent you in the guild and which you will use to sign up for raids and similar. Another question regarding this topic which would pop up is which raids we are doing since you can clear bosses from the current content in 10 man normal as well as heroic in one hour. Trial of the Crusader has 5 bosses, but once Icecrown Citadel comes out our raids will last a bit longer, having in mind ICC has 12 bosses per mode.
