I am collecting points for a long time only to find out that Bloodsurge,Kel'Thuzad's blade of agony(Which i believe was in store) is removed,help.

that change happened on 23 October if you are talking about Wotlk Realm:

Icecrown's point marketplace will be reconfigured in terms of items' quality to be in line of the offerings on other realms across the board. This change will be done on October 23, 2016 and will only affect the points marketplace. There will be no changes to coin marketplace.


Now max item level on point shop is around 230. You need to deal with it
