Shattered Halls closed? Any info when it will reopen?

If it's closed the second time, like sunwell, it will never open again.

We really need Shattered Halls fixed and opened... there are still multiple quests that require us to go in there.
Unless... is there a way of getting the "Tome Of Dusk" , aside from whooping old Mr. Netherkurse ?

Sunwell Plateu was closed for the 3rd time. There was a time when it was open unintentionally. There was also the situation with Kil'Jaden spawning outside of SWP behind Magister Terrace (which is also closed without warning despite working 100% well) and is killable since he only uses very weak attack.

But yeah, they close the lowbies down to cater to the end game 90 players, leaving us in the dust.

It will never be opened ever again. If you know what we of the low lvl community know, you'd realize dungeons like this will forever be closed, some dungeons that worked 100% they ninja closed them also without explanation and when asked, no one says anything, thus being ignored.
