WotLK Login Problem

Short version:

Everything was fine. I purchased a race change. Race change was succesfull. But now I cannot log the character. Looks like this


P.S. Its just this one character that I cant log. Everything else is fine..but my main is blocked. Tried unstucking and no luck. Wired thing is that I still have the customisation icon next to it, but if I try to modify anything it says Customisation Failed.

Character name is Dugehick..if that helps any GM maybe undo everything and add another recustomisaiton..I don't know how this gets fixed there is not much I can do about it
