Brutal gladiator vendor missing?

I can't seem to find the vendor that sells Brutal gladiator's gear.
Did a bit of research, this should be the guy http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Vixton_Pinchwhistle , located at Gadgetzan, but he's nowhere to be found

I am sure he is in Area52. There is a "room" full of gladiator vendors. Brutal gladiator vendors is somehow clipped inside the desk. Do /tar Vixton, and put a skull over his head to find him easier.

Haven't checked it recently but it's been bugged for the past few months (since Lordaeron's core was transferred over). The vendors are selling what they would have sold in S3 instead of S4 and beyond, such as Vengeful instead of Brutal for Arena Points.

As far as i know its intended that they sell vengeful gear.
I think warmane added these vendors as custom NPCs so ppl can buy vengeful gear which wasn't available back on 3.3.5.
U also need arena points and rating to get that vengeful gear so it really seems like some sort of custom feature.

This affects more than just Vengeful. There are other issues, including Guardian's offsets being unavailable, S1-S3 weapons being available, incorrect prices for S1-S3 gear, etc. It's unlikely that Warmane intends for things to stay this way so that a few people can get Vengeful at the expense of everything else being messed up. Even if it were intended, they could just add a custom Vengeful vendor and fix everything else, not to mention the fact that they've acknowledged that some of these issues need to be fixed.

You didn't know that more than 2,5 years after your post they still weren't "simply re-imported"! :D
