Nope.
Here in the Netherlands we have "Fleurop" (Cheer Up). It is a company to send flowers, ofcourse activily marketing for Valentine's day and love and all..... Yesterday (not kidding) on the news was that there is now a counterpart for "Fleurop" called "Pleurop" (**** off). They send dead flowers and all for your (soon to be) Ex. :p
I guess the love for Neltharion is like Pleurop.
