Character stuck in game

Biggalyboo, cata character on neltharion, died during quest "It's all fun and Games" in icecrown which is bugged and does not let you attack the ocular, and i died ontop of the build which i cant acess and no spirit healer to rez so stuck as a ghost. please help

Use the character unstuck feature listed under the services tab, thrn change from coins to free and it will unstuck you.

The Ocular can be attacked, but not from mount as should be possible. It's totally bugged, but if you are a ranged class, and have a parachute cape on, you can fly above, dismount and pop the parachute, and attack while falling right on top of it, and also under it. I have never actually succeeded as I only tried it a few times and annoying to fail, unstuck, fly all the way back, try again, fail...etc. But I have come within one more shot to destroy it with my hunter.

Needs some timing..but perhaps it can be done.
