Does not work with one of the attack power perfumes, u have to be wearing "VICTORY" one if I'm not mistaken.

NVM. According to the comments on wowhead you're supposed to use the pink perfume from vendor in Org, but on warmane it doesn't work.
I used the http://www.wowhead.com/item=49857/enchantress-perfume and got the achiev.

Isn't it the best way is ti follow other guys to ulduar? I myself farm it in normal hall of lightning alone though.
