WotLK How important is resilience for non-donor arms warriors?

I'm having a hard time choosing between human and draenei as my race and I'm wondering if the extra resilience from the trinket is worth it over the human racial?

Human racial is by far the best.
The lower resilience can be easily compensated by getting resilience gems.

Even normal http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=50362 has already more arp than the medallion has resilience and in addition an extra proc effect.
