Any fresh progressing NA guilds?

I know there are some NA guilds in Lords, but I was looking for a one starting naxx progression, so I could enjoy the whole expansion content. any idea??

Anyone have advice on a good way to scout out leveling/progression guilds? I'm not familiar with ways to search in-game, outside of using general/global chat, and it doesn't look like there's a lot of recruitment on the Lordaeron subforum.
