Empowered Deathbringer (Weapon)

Hello,
is http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=49297 (Empowered Deathbringer) better than http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=40189 (Angry dead).
I mean, its 20 ilvl irem+ but I would lost 120 AP, 30 hit and some crit just for that SH bol passive. Im combat rogue btw

You should do some 5 min / 10 min tests on practice dummies , even tho Deathbringer has no stats , the proc and the increased dmg should net u a hefty chunk of dmg over what u are using now.
Also Avool sux .
Also with this weapon is not the case but you usually want two wepons the same and pick only one specialization as combat to make the most of ur talent points , and also if u want lots of off hand energy procs , there are 1.3 speed daggers out there

So I tested it and I found out that http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=49297 is better. Thanks everyone (specially Mercy and Ekunn) for help!
