60-70 Twinking

Hello fellow twinks! :)

I am interested in both PvP and PvE level 60-70 twinking, mainly on Icecrown realm, because the expansion is WotLK (I don't really enjoy Cataclysm twinking) and because it is easy to level up. Faction doesn't matter. Currently I am level 64 warlock on Icecrown, Horde, and I locked my exp. there. I will surely level another toon for level 70 twinking too because I've seen this guild "TBC News" or smt. like that has like 10~ ppl. online most of the time.

Are there any good aliance twink guilds? 60-70
Is Sunwell doable at all? Some say it is with huge help of level 80s, same with BT.

I enjoy lock at level 64 because at that level you learn incinerate, fel armor, and it is kind of playable against level 69s in BGs (I also manage to kill level 70s) and not too op for level 60s. This expansion is way too old and I'm bored as hell now. The only thing left now, that amuses me, is open world pvp, especially at 60-70 because gear looks sexier :3 And, ofcourse, some old school raiding :)
