Pandaria Kun Lai Summit - Temple of the White Tiger quest. (Quest not appearing)

So recently I played with my lvl 90 DK character and I entered White Tiger Temple in Kun Lai Summit. As I know there's a huge ghost tiger inside (Xuen) and Anduin which is supposed to give me some sort of a quest where he will say ''show me your strenght'' before sending out mobs to kill. I did completed this quest on my warrior before, but now when i play on my DK this quest is not appearing. I don't know why?

You can not because is bugged.
Horde side can not trigger the quest (the mobs wont be spawned)
Alliance version can trigger the quest, the mobs will spawn but you wont pass the third test, you wont get credit for killing Spirit of Hatred. So just get a cold water... you can't do anything about it.

I do not know why developers ignore such important reports. Important because you are supposed to get your weapon from this quest chain when you hit 90.
