WotLK Scroll of Deception suggestion

hiya first of all i have to thank yall right off the bat for implementing this, fresh as a flippin daisy. but one thing that i think should be implemented would be the scrolls being account bound. they're so rare/random as it is you dont always get them on a toon you would like to transmog with, and i dont see any harm in them being able to be mailed to other characters on your account, so no matter if you have a transmog idea on that toon or not, you can send it over instead of it juss sitting in the bank waiting for inspiration ahaha, thanks again !
