Pandaria Getting killed in Faction base in Pandaria

When killed by enemy faction in base in pandaria, where all the teleports and banks are, why do you spawn dead in westfall/barrens? and are forced to take ress sickness?
Is it a bug or how its suposed to work?

Definitely a bug. If you log out as a ghost then log back in, you are magically revived. No sickness guaranteed. Works everywhere.

Do you know if we'll be revived with Ghost speed (150%) or bot? Had this once and always got kicked back until I mount or died + res again
