Didn't get arena points during flush, bug?

Yo, I was online at my main character at 3am today (monday) and my main didn't get any arena points while all the other character I wasn't on have, and my main is the obviously the one that needs arena points the most, is this a bug? And if its is there a way for GMs to add my arena points manually? : /

Happened to me too a few months back and i was online at the time of the flush as well. I had mathematical prove even because that number of points was impossible to have at this point. Dont expect to get your points or this bug to get fixed. They wont do anything.

I wouldn't be that bothered if flush was every day like in old AT tbh, but 2 resets a week is too slow to gear... and I needed this flush arena points to get my first ICC gear too (returning player that came recently) who thought it was a good idea to make flushes 2 times a week after majority of people already having full s8/ICC gear, it does nothing other than punishing returning players
