So it really depends on which side has guilds playing premades

Not only guild's premades, I alway win when I play on Global's premades, even against Devastation.

Fret not; this is how it is on both sides, even on retail (actually there are more awful players on retail than on here, even though they just removed the gear problem). Grab a premade or suffer through road warriors and confused backpedaling clickers.
