    Description : I was gathering a herb and then he just jumped next to me. I couldnt even fight him because he was moving to fast. Then he was flying away with his horse as you can see in the screenshot.

    The mount he is using is Headless Horseman's Mount, which is a flying mount. So there is nothing wrong with that. The screenshot doesn't prove the other part either, you would need a video to prove that he was moving faster than he should. And you have to report it by making a ticket in game. Posting player reports on forum is against forum rules.
