Technical Donation seriously broken.

Payment went through, but then asked for photo ID and picture of the receipt. Now I'm banned from donating, and not only does it claim to have refunded the money, it hasn't. Seems I could really use some help.

I've donated a lot through Paymentwall and never been scammed. Sure, they are sometimes annoying with the verifications they require, but I've gotten every coin I donated for.
