Speed level

Is it faster to let a friend let me level him in instances on my 80 or would he be better off leveling on his own in the right zones and quests?

Questing is always faster than dungeons.
Fastest way to level is when ur friend tags the quest mobs and then u kill them on ur 80 while u are NOT in a grp.

Just make sure he knows how to play his class, please! :p
