WotLK Replacing miss-selected Quel'delar

Hey,

I made a mistake the other night and picked up the 1h Agi sword instead of the 2h one (late-night brain hit me hard :( - I submitted a ticket and have been told that y'all don't help with quest rewards... Is that a generic rule for ALL Quests? I understand for most quests but for some things like Quel'delar which is not repeatable and is quite a vital item to get right I expected there may be an exception to the rule for that.

only support they offer for items is if it was purchased via donation. and possibly the icc ring. other than that you're on your own.

Yeah it'd be nice if they did for Quel, more-so than ICC ring... ICC ring's are re-buyable for a few hundred gold, not like i can re-do the quel chain to get the right one :(
