Looking for working version of Quartz (or another castbar addon)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a working, not out-of-date version of Quartz.
I found a version on wow-ace supposedly for game version 3.3.5, but it still shows as out of date.

The addon in itself works when loaded anyway but bugs out the entire addon option screen so I can't change any settings of any addons, including Quartz.
Has anyone got a link to a proper version of Quartz or another castbar addon recommendation?

All info is welcome.
