Can someone explain me this: you are in rdf after 10-15mins and you wipe once, one guy leave, and instead you reque or replace problematic player, group disbands???

Or when you are raiding and first wipe, 20 ppl leave instead changing problematic players? I cant understand that ...how I to say...

The group disbands because after one guy leave, you don't get end of dungeon rewards (oef). It's bugged that's why people don't requeue.
